Confirmation of your order You will receive an e-mail to confirm your purchase within 48 hours of placing your order. (Excluding weekends). This will serve as your payment receipt, therefore we recommend that you print and keep a copy for your records. Availability We endeavour to hold sufficient stocks at all time, but occasionally experience difficulties either with a high volume of orders or with our suppliers. We will always notify our customers of any difficulties within 48 hours (excluding weekends) to discuss substituting a suitable alternative or making a full refund. Returns Policy We are sure that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to exchange or refund against any item that has not been personalised, providing that it is in its original condition. We will only exchange or refund on personalised items in the unlikely event that the quality is not up to standard. Goods for return should be sent within 14 days of receipt and returned to us by recorded delivery. Any refunds given will exclude postage and packaging charges. Postage and Packaging All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched within 4-5 working days either by recorded delivery, or if the express delivery option is selected by guaranteed next day delivery (UK mainland only). We will post to you, or can send directly to the recipient, gift-wrapped and containing a handwritten card with your own personal message. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to post outside the United Kingdom.
